About this Project

The primary objective of redesigning the Manny Deol website was to create a dynamic online platform that not only serves as a catalog of sales material for consumers but also provides vital, up-to-date product information to support the company’s extensive dealer network. The project was envisioned to enhance the brand’s digital presence, streamline content management, and improve user engagement across both consumer and dealer segments.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Enhance Visual Navigation: Develop an intuitive, visually guided navigation system on the website that allows consumers to effortlessly explore product offerings, emphasizing user-friendly design principles to improve the overall customer journey.

  2. Implement a Robust Content Management System (CMS): Set up a sophisticated yet user-friendly CMS that enables Northwest Stoves staff to seamlessly update product information, promotions, and content, ensuring the website remains current and effective as a sales tool.

  3. Dealer Locator Functionality: Integrate a comprehensive dealer locator tool that allows customers to easily find and connect with authorized dealers near them, incorporating interactive maps and search functionality to enhance user experience.

  4. Strengthen Dealer Support through Backend Enhancements: Develop a secure, efficient backend system tailored for dealer support, facilitating access to marketing materials, product updates, training resources, and other essential information to empower the dealer network and foster sales growth.

These objectives underscore a strategic approach to improving Manny Deol’s online presence and operational efficiency, aiming to bolster sales through improved consumer engagement and dealer support.
