Tracker, the TV show. Not a white paper and not a course. A story he actually sat down and finished, which is how you know it was a real evening off.

Project Manager & Partner
IIAS team
Paul O'Neal
You get honesty, skill, knowledge, and someone who is proud of the work they put live.
How they show up
The work behind the title
Paul is project manager and partner, with 25 years in this kind of work. The job is the websites: how they look, whether they stay up, and whether the security is actually current.
Design, function, and security sit in the same chair. A page that looks finished but fails on a phone, or a site that is pretty and wide open, is not finished.
He is English, based in Calgary, and still the person who can walk you from the first sketch to the live page. Easy CMS is his baby, and he will tell you that without pretending otherwise.

The human details
Paul will tell you he is English, that Apple is better, and that Easy CMS is his baby. Sit with the rest of it. It is warmer than the job title suggests.
Fish keeping and music production. Tanks and tracks. Two slow crafts that reward patience, which is also how he builds a website that still looks right a year later.
The Apple ecosystem. The laptop, the phone, the whole stack. He is not looking for a debate, and he will not pretend a different setup feels the same in his hands.
A marine biologist. The ocean was the plan before websites were. You can still hear it in the fish tanks and the pet-store daydream.
Cooking Indian food. A very good friend taught him, and he kept going until it was actually good, the way he keeps going on a page until it behaves.
He is English. That is the answer he gave, and if you have spent five minutes with him you already knew. The humour, the bluntness, the cup of tea in the background of every stubborn CSS problem.
The Easy CMS workflow. It is his baby, and he will talk about it until the lights go out. He is not embarrassed by that. He built the thing he wanted to use.
Coffee. A Tim Hortons double double if he is honest. No tasting notes. Just the drink that gets the next page out the door.
Working in a pet store. Living things in the room, customers with questions, and a tank that needs looking after. The other version of Paul still wants to keep something alive and well.
Apple is better than Microsoft, and every other OS wannabe out there. He wrote it with an exclamation point in his head. Do not try to talk him down.
Apple and Easy CMS. Same two notes as the rest of the page, just louder. That is the workshop, and he is happiest in it.
