Google Ads

More leads from Google, and you decide how many.

Live in weeks, not months. We write and optimize the ads, watch the spend, and fix the page the click lands on, whether we built your site or not. Then you know what every lead cost, which is how you decide whether to scale.

Not sure if ads, SEO, or the website is the leak? That is exactly what the free review tells you. In person or online. No cost, no obligation.

Why IIAS

The click is the easy part

Anyone can buy clicks. Google will sell you as many as you want, all day. What decides whether they turn into calls is the page they land on, and that is the half we also work.

We write and run the ads, and we work the page they land on, whether we built your site or not. That is what lets us tell you what a lead cost you.

If nobody can tell you which clicks turned into calls, you are buying traffic, not advertising.

What we do

How a click becomes a lead you can afford

Four parts. The ad, the page, the tracking that connects them, and the work that makes it cheaper as it goes.

The ads · keywords and copy

The searches worth paying for

We pick the searches that bring buyers, write the ads that answer them, and build the negative keyword lists that block the ones wasting your money.

The page · landing pages

Where the click lands

The click has to land somewhere that proves you are the right call. We build that page, or fix the one you already have.

The tracking · conversion tracking

Set up before a dollar goes out

Seven or eight out of every ten accounts we take over have this set up wrong, or not set up at all. We track every form and every call back to the ad that produced it, because without that, Google keeps optimizing you toward traffic. Traffic is the only thing it was told to buy.

The optimization · bids, budgets, testing

The longer it runs, the less a lead should cost

Real lead data lets us cut the campaigns that are not paying, put more behind the ones that are, and keep tightening inside them. That is why cost per lead comes down over time instead of drifting up.

How it works

What happens after you get in touch

Five steps. The first one costs nothing, and most accounts are live within two weeks.

A growth review and written plan, the first step after you get in touch
1

The free growth review

We look at your market, what a customer is worth to you, and whether Google Ads, SEO, or the website is the right first move. Sometimes the answer is not ads. We will say so. In person or online.

2

A plan and a price

You see what we would run, what it costs to manage, and what we would suggest putting into Google, before you commit to anything. You decide from there.

3

Build and launch

The account, the tracking, the ads, and the page they land on. To get started we need access and about an hour of your time.

4

The first few weeks

The account starts learning which searches turn into leads, and we cut what is not paying as the data comes in. This is the noisiest stretch, and it is where a lot of the waste comes out.

5

Every month after

You get a report and a meeting to go through it. The report shows what a lead cost. You tell us which leads turned into real work, and that is what we optimize the next month around. If it is not working, you hear it from us, including when the answer is to pause.

A fair warning

Google Ads stop the day you stop paying

That is the trade. Ads are the fastest thing we sell, and the only one that goes quiet the moment the budget ends. If you need leads this month, this is the right place to start. If you want something still working after you stop spending, that is SEO, and the review is where we tell you which one comes first.

What you pay for

Three costs, and where each one goes

Knowing which is which is the difference between a budget and a surprise.

Once

Setup

A one-time cost to build the account, set up the tracking, and write the ads before anything goes live.

Monthly

Management

A flat monthly fee for running and improving the account, including the monthly meeting. It is set by your budget range, not as a percentage of what you spend. Month to month, with 30 days notice.

Paid to Google monthly

Ad spend

What Google charges for the clicks. It goes straight from you to Google, you choose the amount, and you can change it as you go.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask about Google Ads

Nobody can promise a number before your account runs, because Google prices every click in a live auction. What you get from us is what every lead cost, every month, and a straight answer about whether it is working.

You pay to show at the top of Google when someone searches for what you sell, and you only pay when they click. If the ad and the page are right, some of those clicks become calls, quote requests, and booked jobs.

If people search Google for what you do, it can. Trades, clinics, and most local services fit. If nobody is typing what you sell, ads cannot create that demand, and we will tell you so on the review.

There are three parts: a one-time setup, a flat monthly management fee set by your budget range, and your ad spend, which you pay straight to Google. You see all three in writing before you commit to anything.

It depends on what a customer is worth to you. If one job is worth thousands, you can afford to pay far more for a lead than a business where a customer is worth fifty dollars. We work that number out with you on the review and suggest a budget from there.

Most accounts are live within two weeks, and leads can start soon after. The first few weeks are the noisiest while the account learns which searches turn into work, and a lead should cost less from there.

Some people scroll straight past them. Plenty of others click, especially when they need someone today. What matters is what a customer ends up costing you, and that is the number we track.

Every call and form is tracked back to the ad that produced it, and you get a report each month. Then we meet to go through it, because you know which of those leads turned into real work. Clicks without leads are just an expensive hobby.

Yes. When you are full we turn the budget down, and when you want more work we turn it back up. It is a dial, and you decide where it sits.

No. Google Ads with us is month to month, with 30 days notice. You stay because it is working.

Google Ads can have you at the top within two weeks, and it stops when the budget does. SEO takes longer and keeps working after you stop. A lot of our clients run both: ads while search is being built.

Yes. Your ads are written and managed by our all-Canadian team, and you talk to the people actually running your account.

We have been in digital marketing since 1995, and we were among the first hundred advertisers on Google Ads anywhere in the world. We work the ad and the page it lands on, whether we built your site or not.
