Web Design Case Study
NATGisIT
NATGisIT grew from telecom into full IT. Their website needed to grow with them: two clear practices, a professional face for new branches, and an inquiry path that does not mix the stories.

Business Challenge
Two businesses were living in one crowded site
NATGisIT expanded beyond telecom into managed IT, cloud voice, and related technology services, with branches across British Columbia. Buyers do not arrive with the same job. A telecom customer and an IT buyer need different proof, different language, and a different next step.
The old site mixed those stories, under-explained newer IT offerings, and did not give a growing multi-branch firm a professional place to send people. NATGisIT needed a streamlined site that separated practices, made services searchable, and still honoured decades of telecom work.

Solutions We Delivered
A website that can hold two practices
IIAS designed the NATGisIT experience around the real buyer job: pick a practice, confirm it matches, then talk to the right team.
Service Separation
Telecom and IT are no longer a blended list. Each practice has its own path, language, and proof so a visitor is not guessing which company they found.
Modern IT Visibility
Managed IT and newer offerings have dedicated space, so the site can represent where the firm is going without erasing where it came from.
Branch-Ready Layout
The structure can carry multiple BC locations without turning every page into a generic “we have offices” block.
Inquiry Conversion
Contact and consultation paths are easier to finish, with room for resources and proof as the team publishes them.
Key Outcomes
What changed for NATGisIT
- Gave NATGisIT a professional site that can hold telecom and IT without mixing the two
- Made it easier for a BC business to pick the right practice
- Created room for newer IT offerings without hiding the telecom heritage
- Supported a multi-branch story as locations expand
- Made inquiries clearer and easier to complete
- Built a structure that can add case studies and resources over time
Conclusion
A stronger digital foundation for NATGisIT
The new NATGisIT website treats growth as a design problem, not a slogan. By separating practices, making branches easier to understand, and tightening the inquiry path, IIAS helped NATGisIT look like the firm it has become, not the site it had outgrown.
