Web Design Case Study

Claybell Transport

Claybell moves freight. Their website needed to do the same job online: name the equipment, show they are available, and make requesting a quote obvious for shippers who do not have time to guess.

Business Challenge

Shippers needed the fleet before they called

Claybell Transport is a family-owned trucking company based in Abbotsford, with dry vans, climate-controlled vans, courier and expedited freight, plus flatbed and heavy haul. Shippers arrive with a load, a temperature requirement, and a deadline, not a wish to read a slogan.

If service types, coverage, and inquiry forms are buried, the next carrier gets the load. Claybell needed a website that reduced friction: plain-language service pages, an obvious quote path, and a mobile experience that works on a dock phone.

Solutions We Delivered

A website built around freight quotes and clarity

IIAS designed the Claybell experience around the real shipper job: confirm the equipment and send the load details.

Clear Service Messaging

Dry van, reefer, courier, and heavy haul are named as distinct paths, so a visitor is not guessing what the fleet can take.

Quote-First Conversion Paths

Contact and quote pathways stay visible so a dispatcher can start a conversation without hunting through the site.

Mobile-Friendly UX

The layout is built for phones on a dock or in a cab, readable, fast, and obvious about the next step.

B2B Proof, Not Slogans

The site presents Claybell as a freight partner with hours, equipment, and a way to reach the team, not a generic logistics brand.
